Industrial Big Data, Automated Production Systems, and Internet of Things Sensing Networks in Cyber-Physical System-based Manufacturing

Industrial Big Data, Automated Production Systems, and Internet of Things Sensing Networks in Cyber-Physical System-based Manufacturing

ABSTRACT. Empirical evidence on cyber-physical system-based manufacturing has been scarcely documented in the literature. Using and replicating data from Capgemini, Deloitte, Globant, McKinsey, MHI, PwC, and SME, we performed analyses and made estimates regarding the relationship between industrial big data, automated production systems, and Internet of Things sensing networks. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling.
