ETHICAL ISSUES IN PUBLIC HEALTH MANAGEMENT

ABSTRACT. In this paper I am particularly interested in exploring tensions that arise in emergency preparedness and public health practice, the evolving understanding of public health, and contemporary roles of public health professionals.
