Law-giving discourse

ABSTRACT. The basic idea of this article is the need to admit of the occurrence of norms in discourse-making, some of which are embodiments of the norms of language, others customizing both at the level of the discourse, in general, and for each type of discourse, in particular. From this point of view, the main opinions about the normal functioning of language and speech communication status are being evaluated and interpreted. pp. 109-112
