School actors in distress

ABSTRACT. Students and teachers are certainly the frontstage actors in the educational process. An overview of the Romanian literature in the field is made in the first part of this article; the second part, on the basis of a large-scale questionnaire, looks into the matter in more detail, with special reference to whatever causes of distress are circulated in the system.
