ABSTRACT. I draw on a substantial body of theoretical and empirical research on gender differences in COVID-19 sentiments, attitudes, habits, and behaviors, and to explore this, I inspected, used, and replicated survey data from AMS, KFF, Ginger, GWI, Harvard Medical School, MQ, ONS, PHQ-9, UNC School of Medicine, and UPMC, performing analyses and making estimates regarding the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on subjective mental well-being. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data and test the proposed conceptual model.
