Bridging Human Creativity and Machine Learning in Advanced Industrial Production and Design

Bridging Human Creativity and Machine Learning in Advanced Industrial Production and Design

ABSTRACT. This work explores the integration of human creativity and machine learning (ML) in modern industrial manufacturing and design, delineating the effects of this integration on production processes. The research carried out in this paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the current literature and industry practice related to artificial intelligence (AI)-driven design systems. The study also describes the challenges of AI implementation. The research reveals that deep learning techniques help significantly improve process optimization. We address security concerns using blockchain in the integration. These findings highlight the need to harmonize technological progress with human expertise. This research helps address the understanding of human-AI collaboration in the industrial setting and offers guidance for the future development of integrated manufacturing systems.
