JOB LOSS, UNEMPLOYMENT, AND PERCEIVED JOB INSECURITY: THEIR EFFECTS ON INDIVIDUALS’ HEALTH AND WELL-BEING

ABSTRACT. By collecting secondary data and making estimations/calculations, the current research aims to shed light on the mechanisms via which perceived job insecurity influences both mental and physical health and on the effect of unemployment on depression, also encompassing subsequent large market consequences.
