Networked and Integrated Sustainable Urban Technologies in Internet of Things-enabled Smart Cities

ABSTRACT. This article presents an empirical study carried out to evaluate and analyze Internet of Things-enabled smart cities. Building my argument by drawing on data collected from Capgemini, UNESCAP, and UNHSP, I performed analyses and made estimates regarding networked and integrated sustainable urban technologies. Data collected from 4,800 respondents are tested against the research model by using structural equation modeling.
